MEET THE BOARD
Founder & Executive Director,, Michelle Gall, is a Digital Marketing and Sales Professional.
Although a graduate of Saint Francis College with Bachelors of Science in Business Management, a concentration in Marketing and a Minor in Spanish, the road to her educational achievement was not easy. A first generation born, bred and schooled Brooklynite, Michelle understands the challenges of being an inner city youth in the public school system all too well. She has vowed to be the difference in the lives of inner city youth that she wished she had and is is finally embarking on her life’s calling- to enrich the lives of others, especially children, through education and knowledge.
Secretary, N. Joi Ingram-Harris started her medical career over 20 years ago as a Certified Medical Assistant-Phlebotomist and is currently a Registered Nurse Manager at Rutgers University where she is also pursuing her Masters degree in Psychiatric Medicine.
An inner-city student and lifetime lover of science, IMrs. Ingram-Harris is passionate about the plight of girls and young women and she endeavors to bring awareness to their issues. She mentors and counsels those in need as often as possible.
Toni Robinson is a Software Engineer and serves as President of Digital Girl, Inc.
Toni studied Computer Systems at Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts. In Boston she developed her love for community service while working for U.S. Senator John F. Kerry and was elected as a Democratic Delegate. After returning to NYC, she pursued software development and has consulted for many large corporations including IBM, National Grid, Verizon and many others but never lost her passion for community service
Tracey Jenkins, Treasurer, is a Professional Accountant with twenty-two years hands on experience in a fast growing organization. Tracey has proven to be an effective budget manager with her responsibility for developing and leading a multi-million dollar purchasing functions. Her proven leadership skills, ability to build and manage effective finance teams, budgeting and financial analysis expertise make her an ideal addition to the board.
Tracey holds a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with a minor in Accounting from Lincoln University and an MPA from Rutgers University.
Nicole Amos was born in Trinidad and raised in Brooklyn, New York. She earned her BA in Political Science and her Master of Administrative Science from Fairleigh Dickinson University and is presently completing her fellowship with Leadership Newark. She was recently sworn in as District Leader for her city ward in East Orange New Jersey.
Nicole is the Founder and President of the Angel Project a community-based organization that for the past 17 years lends a caring hand to women, children and families in crisis. Her continuing focus on the less fortunate, feeding the homeless, providing school supplies for fresh beginnings, helping women in transition is commendable. You will find her deeply involved in any movement that is uplifting and promoting a positive community.
As the founder and principal public relations strategist for
TJM & Co., Tiffany Joy leads a team in providing bespoke public relations and brand development solutions for nonprofit, faith-based, and community engagement organizations, as well as small businesses and collegiate level sports organizations. TJM & Co.’s client roster includes the New York City Council, Bedford Stuyvesant Restoration Corporation, and the One Hundred Black Men of America Association, to name a few.
Tiffany Joy’s experience spans several industries, from communications, technology, and financial services to publishing and entertainment. She has over 20 years of experience in nonprofit board management. Tiffany Joy holds a BA from The City College of New York, a Project Management Certificate from Villanova University, a Business Certificate in Women’s Entrepreneurship from Cornell University, and is HubSpot Social Media Certified.
Community Outreach Officer, Brittney Sinclair holds a Bachelors of Arts Degree in International Studies with a concentration in International Development from the historic Spelman College in Atlanta, Georgia.
A volunteer with numerous organizations, Brittney strongly believes in teaching students the foundations of success – purpose, adaptability, resilience, building relationships and resourcefulness. She believes in tending to the minds of our youth and instilling in them the tools for their advancement. This mutually beneficial investment builds up the youth and strengths the community she takes pride in serving in.
